Returns
During the first 7 business days after receipt of an order, the customer may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Conditions of returns for private customers
Private customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal referred to in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a period of 7 business days from the receipt of the order to notify their desire for withdrawal of one or more Various products of your order.
To exercise this right, you must communicate it by e-mail indicating your order number, the reference and serial number of the products to be returned and follow the instructions received by our customer service.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This right will not be applicable to the following articles:
- goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
- goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly.
- sound or video recordings of discs and computer programs that had been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
- daily press, periodicals and magazines
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.
Returns must be delivered at destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. Transportation costs arising from the return will be borne by the customer.
Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not return shipping costs.
Conditions of returns for companies
Companies may only return a product if it has not been unsealed, with its original packaging in perfect condition and all its accessories, as received. We do not accept returns of used or tested products.
The customer must send the product by their own means to our offices and, once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not return shipping costs.
